Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service balance.
We completely understand that life happens, especially last minute. However, when appointments are canceled late, it prevents another client from booking that time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next appointment balance.
• No-shows will be required to pay the full service balance in order to book again.
• All reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late Reschedule Policy
• If you do not reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
• If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within 2–5 hours of your appointment, the full service price will be required in order to reschedule.
